Found these guys....Friend or Foe?

Found these two guys as I was cleaning and repositioning some rocks. ID please. Should I keep them in the tank or remove them

Without seeing real close, I'd say bristle worms. Some consider part of your CUC, but I don't like them for what they could do to my bare hands in the tank.

Honestly if you have 2 then you have more, I've never bothered removing them. You should almost never see them and they will eat detritus that settles under the rocks in the sand. Some people don't like them but they've never bothered me

+1 Bristle worms. Most consider them to be good guys that help clean up detritus in your tank. Sting like bees if you brush against them.

Some people like to keep them but for me I’d pull them if I see them. Can get rather large

+1 to bristle worms. I had tons of them about 6 months after starting my tank, literally hundreds of them would come out at night. As my tank matured the population diminished. I still see a few here and there but seem to see brittle stars way more often now. They are beneficial to the tank in my opinion, but will hurt like hell if you touch them.
