Found these in my Refugium

i was cleaning out my refugium and I found these, are they bad??

Just some bristle worms. Efficient detritus eaters

Just don't touch them. It feels like fiberglass stuck in your finger.

That variety doesn't get obnoxiously big. Definitely keep them. It's even hard to get stuck by them and you can bounce them in your hands without issue.

Lol! About 5 mins. Ago I picked them up with my Clean fingers and put them in my DT, as I took my Hob fuge off. It actually hung on the side and was ugly. Putting most of the chaeto and rubble rock in one of my back chambers.
