found these in my tank, good or bad?

So I was taking some macro shots trying to figure out what all pods I have in my tank and found these that I didn't recognize. Any suggestions? Thanks

I believe that these are copepods, I just looked at lionfish lair ( http://www.lionfishlair.com/hitchhiker.shtm ) , but we better double check @Lionfish Lair, she will know for sure!

Idk kinda resemble flat worms

No flatworm but some kind of pod, Renee will jump in soon to relieve us all from the suspension but they are good guys for sure.
