Found these on my glass today

Found these and there’s a few on my glass, anyone know what they are?

Could be hydroids or tiny aiptasia

Are hydroids a pest?(already aware of aptasia) Tank has been up and running over a month now.

Yeah they can be, however they usually come and go. I have a type of them I my system and they rarely bother anything. A couple times I removed them when they were irritating a coral. I would nip it in the bud and remove whatever that is now
