Found this on my filter foam.

I had found a tiny brittle star that went back in but this guy I think will go down the drain. I wonder if my wrasse would eat it?

Bristleworm. Sometimes wrasses eat them.

He's a big one though, don't think I want to chance him getting away before wrasse can get him

They are generally harmless but toss him out then if you want.
