Found this worm in the sand. Good or bad?

Looks like a type of bristle. Not sure about exact ID, but I wouldn’t risk putting it back.
 
Looks like eunicid worm which are detritus eaters. Other possibility is a phyllodocid worm but looks like Eunicid
