Found this little guy in my sump. What’s the chances of survival? What should I do? It’s been at least a week that I know of. Overall size is about a dime and body is about the size of an eraser.

Congradulations! I'd leave it there until it gets bigger and keep an eye out for more, there should be a couple dozen if they haven't been eaten

This is excellent! Most people would dream of being so lucky as to have a spawning that lived with zero input.

He seems to be doing just fine so far. He's came a long way if he was a fry! Name him Survivor haha.

Pick up a breeder box to put him in, the sump probably isn't the best place for him. Too much opportunity to get sucked into machinery. Feed him a crushed-up version of whatever you feed the adults, preferably more than once a day. Once he's big enough to not be eaten, put him in the main tank.
