The white spikey thing up front and the long white thing with a bright red head. Any idea what these might be?

Thanks in advance!

I wouldn’t be worried about either, or keep an eye on them. As others said, it’s likely a vermetid-type worm, harmless but can be annoying if larger, and the front one is likely a sponge, also harmless but can get unsightly...

I actually see 3 things... a vermetid (get rid of it! It’s to the left of the “spiky” thing), “spiky” thing is a sponge, white thing with read tip is a harmless worm.

White tube is a feather duster and its harmless, the sponge in front is harmless but can be removed if it grows to fast. The tube on left, reddish color can be removed as it looks like a vermetid snail.

Red circle could be a vermetid snail remove. Yellow circle is a feather duster harmless. Blue circle sponge harmless but can over grow on corals. If you want to remove take a toothbrush and lightly brush them off.

Perfect! That’s what I wanted to do yesterday for him/her but was too lazy

I used to have a very small colony of the white tube red feather dusters and lost them a while back ... wished I could collect them again. It came in as a wild hitch hiker.
