Previous scape and my cylinder
Love your scapes! I have been considering adding another tank to the mix after the upgrade for the predator tank (this is the one the post is referencing) and love the cylindrical tanks. Are they hard to clean though?

Thank you! I appreciate it. The predator tanks have always been my favorite. I had the cylinder filled with softies and never liked it lol. Sold the corals and added more fish in. As far as cleaning, it depends on the perception of difficulty honestly. I constantly read about hobbyists skimping on biocube cleanings or dosing several different products to avoid water changes and battling crazy algae or dinos. I do huge 50% bi-weekly water changes on both tanks and keep it simple. The hardest part is the cylinder is 36" in height. But both tanks require step ladders for working on maintenance but no big deal if that's the norm. Both tanks are acrylic and I use Mighty Magnet to clean the panels in addition to the Sparkly Kleen inert sponges.
