Fowlr lighting 75 gallon

What kind of lights, or rather, how many lights do I need over a 48inch 75 gallon FOWLR.
I am looking at the Current USA Nova Extreme T5 HO (48" Kit 108 watts) 1x54W 10K + 1x54W 460 nm Actinic, Dimensions 48 x 4.25" x 1.5". Will that be enough or do I need the 4 bulb model for $160 more?
Alos need skimmer, no sump, so HOB skimmer.

if its just going to be a fish only you dont really need t5s. You could get away with any kind of light. Like the VHO hood lights. If in the future you want to add corals you might as well go ahead with the Current usa.

Yeah for fish only the lighting is all about how it looks rather than any real benefit to the inhabitants. as far as hang on back skimmers check out the Reef octopus ones...they get pretty good reviews.
