Welcome! I also am running a FOWLR and have some similar fish, porcupine puffer, flame angel, etc. Glad to have another puffer fan here. I guess to be honest I cheat on the FOWLR as I found some snails my puffer wont munch and help with the algae. What do you feed?

My puffer loves Calamari... While everyone else is nibbling, he is gobbling up chunks of calamari. I also feed him Krill chunks, he likes those as well. He is a good eater. I feed 2x a day and you can always tell when he is hungry. LOL. I had snails and shrimp in there and he did not bother them, but i took them out as i added some copper to control ich. I have a small tank with inverts in them now.
