I woke up to find this, is this ick? Are these bites from another fish?

New species! Two spot foxface? lol

Seriously though, looks more like an infected wound to me, but I can't guess as to where the wounds came from. Ich would be much more apparent on the black areas of the face than on the sides. Foxfaces can change colours, so the black around the areas are more than likely that, triggered by an irritation.

How long have you had this fish, and did it or didn't it get put through a quarantine process?

Maybe a week, and no. Did drip acclimation and that was all. It appeared that he was doing well and still does. They do appear to be wounds, and there is what looks like a white scab attached to it but almost coming off , if that makes any sense.

Can't see the video. If those are actually wounds, you can soak food in vitamin stuff like selcon, if it's not getting better a methylene blue bath is what I usually see people recommend.

Without a good clean picture, I'm not sure you can completely exclude a parasite like flukes though.

Deff not ich... ich leaves similar black spots but they are sharpened pencil tip sized.. that looks like an eraser.
