Fox face

Hi can you have more then one foxface in tank is better idea two of 3 different ones or all the same one please let me know
They can become territorial towards eachother if one is established but if added together they should be alright. You can have 2, 3, I knew someone who had 12 in their tank and no fighting broke out. It’s all due to tank size, rockscape, when they’re added ect…
If your tank is 6’ you could have two, if it’s 7-8’ you can have 3-4. I think the guy who had 12 had a 10’ tank.

Alright thank you so much

Alright thanks man I really appreciate it
No problem!
I love siganids and would love to eventually house another one with my current Siganus magnificus.

Tangs and foxface do fine together.
If you are going to add more than one foxface (at max 2 in a 250g IMO) then just make sure they are young and added at same time. This should avoid some big future problems. No totally eliminate, but reduce likelihood of future problems.

So tangs and foxfaces won’t get along or what
Tangs and foxfaces get along perfectly fine I was just thinking if you had larger tangs it would limit how many siganids you could have. I’d say 3 could be a nice amount for a 250g. That is if you want to keep Acanthurids down at a lower amount than most people would have in an 8’ tank. 8-12 would be if absolutely no other fish was going in there haha.
