Added a foxface 2 days ago. He seems to be fighting with his reflection. Is this normal?

Video seems to be too big. But light out he just goes into camo mode and sleeps in rockwork.

Looks hyperactive for a foxface. Why you got algae on the back wall but none on the rocks?

I was able to manually remove the gha from the rocks and then has been pretty maintained with trochus and turbos. The back glass is tough to get to with the reach.

You feeding him nori? Perhaps he’s lonely, a couple of clowns ain’t much company. They are nobs.

Yes which is what its doing. Reducing white intensity often slows it down but seeing it this active is a good start.

My mag foxface has been doing this for a month or so too. Drives me nuts lol. He has lots of friends and still goes to town. I was going to ask the same thing just haven’t gotten around to posting

The white was just for video. Normally it is very blue.

I have a 6 line in qt coming over Monday. Then will be adding a Kole or Tomini hopefully soon. Nori I gave him today. Still there for him

Maybe he will slow down when he finds the nori. Try mushing a bit up and throwing it in.

If he only does it in the one spot try putting that nori right there if you have a clip. Also a mag algae scraper. I have to do this with mine or he just won’t stop. But mine only uses one side to do that
