Foxface Fin Concern/Question

I purchased this FF on 7/3 and went through a 30 day quarantine for observation- no prophylactic treatment. He was in the 20gal QT with a yellow watchman and other than a couple of fin pecks from the goby he was fine. I moved him over last monday, and I noticed some spots today on his tail and anal fin that look a little brown. So,

I wanted to get some thoughts from you all on whether it's something to be concerned with yet or at all. Thanks!

I don't see any white dots, could just mean i'm blind though. Looks like he has some fin rot going though. Recommend treating with kanaplex and furan-2

Thanks for the reply. Sorry, I didn't mean that there were any white spots. I was only referring to the fins and possible rot. I appreciate the advice!
