Foxface has a weird spot on its body

I have had this foxface for over a month. It has been very skiddish since I put him in the tank. Majority of the times its in camo mode and barely shows full bright yellow. I noticed this weird spot on him today. Can somebody identify what it is? My water parameters are in good range. I just checked yesterdsy.
