Foxface ich? Please help! Is going to die

Hi! My foxface is very sick. I don’t think he will survive untill the morning. I have this fish for 4 moths, never had problems with him, it’s a very gentle fish. He has these strage spots on him. Is that ich? How can I treat this? The photos are here > I don’t know why isn’t uploading here

I’ve saved one with a freshwater dip. Defies all known theories but it worked. Good luck.

Can you post a pic of your tank so we can get a handle on its environment?
