In my DT there is plenty for it to eat.

What do I need to do for it in the QT. Nori sheets, algae wafers, what?

Nori would be best or any "green foods" like Formula 2.

Foxxy is a pig. You should feed it whatever you want it to eat in your display so she is less likely to pick her own diet. Acans for instance.
Sounds easy. Do they mysis and brine?

The good doctor is 100% correct. Keep in mind that foxxy is endlessly hungry and will be constantly looking for food. Also keep in mind that the growth rate of this fish rivals that of an Oscar. I mean she will grow fast. What size tank do you have?

I put romaine on a clip and spot kills it. The amount of poop a foxface makes is incredible, but it feeds the corals!

Thanks for the romaine idea.

We needed more fish to feed our corals. We were going to get either another tang (risky), bellus angel ($$$) or a foxface. And since we have a lot of bubble algae foxface it was.

I just want to thru QT healthy.

You should be good, I don't know about trying to have a fish eat your bubble algae though. They are supposedly filled with juice that creates more bubble algae, so it may be best to try manual removal.

Already started that process. But ots suppose to take care of the little bubbles and other algae.

I have a chance to get a very tiny foxface. The LFS said they've never received one that small. Probably 1.5 inches. I have a 150 gallon tank with 2 clowns and a diamond goby in it. Planning to QT the foxface. Should I get it? It looks so small and fragile, haha, but it's been at the LFS over 2 weeks and constantly eating.

One of my favorite fish... eats all my nuisance algae like a champ. Bryopsis, turf algae, bubble algae... it takes care of everything for me and hasn't touch a coral yet. G'luck.

If it is eating at the LFS, and you want it, go for it! I am sure your three fish in such a big tank are lonely.

Haha, oh yes. The goby is swimming all around the tank , it probably thinks nobody else will show up. the foxface is so small, hoping it will be okay in the QT
