Foxface not moving on sand bed

My foxface just moved to new place with Dory and Nemo last night. the other two are fine eating and Swimming well but this foxface is resting face down stick on the sandbed like this since I notice in this morning, it’s been several hours now, and not eating not swimming only breathing. The water is fine. What can I do to save Him? Is he stress from transporting?

What sort of acclimation did you do when you moved him? His back fin is also pretty tore up.....is that new or did that happen in his old tank?
