Foxface rabbit fish

I just noticed a spot on my foxfaces head. It looks like a white dot with another white circle around that. I was able to catch a pretty good picture of it

Looks more like a puncture wound than anything else. Do you have urchin(s), nems, another fish with poisonous spines, etc. in the tank?

I do have 3 different color morphs of bubble tip but if it's an anenome wound my # 1 suspect would be my cerianthus anenome. I was thinking the same (that it's a wound) my first suspicion was maybe some salt creep that dropped in the tank and gave him a "chemical burn"
