Foxface rabbitfish hunting bristle/fireworms?

Just Saw my foxface pull a bristleworm out of the rocks and eat it. Anyone elses foxface turned away from being vegan?

Purple tang appears to have spikes out on the mouth. Potentially it Got stung by it?

I have them in all my tanks, never seen the different rabbitfish I've had eat them. Usually the utility wrasses I have go after them.
