Foxface/Rabbitfish!

I have one in my 90. 10 minutes after he went in the display he started picking at my acros, I thought I was going to have to catch him and take him out. After 5 minutes of him trying them, he stopped and didn't touch them again the best of my knowledge. He been in the tank for a month now and haven't noticed any damage from him. Just an awesome fish.

Every rabbit fish that I've had at the store I work at eats macro algae by the pound. A 2" rabbit fish is currently working his way through a football sized ball of chaeto every 3 days. He also loves grape caulerpa. They really a very personable fish once they settle in a little. But some of them definitely do eat corals, especially zoas and LPS.

My One Spot is in my SPS tank. He'll occasionally pick at my Ninja Turtle Tenius and my WWC Ding Dang Mille when the polyps are fully extended. Never really does any damage. He's best buds with my Copperband Butterfly.

I have a yellow foxface and a scribble rabbitfish, in separate tanks. Rabbitfish is a good citizen in the DT... the foxface (in the frag tank) can get bossy sometimes when it comes to food but thats just his personality. Have not had them pick at any coral

I bought one for $15 from a lady who had pulled him from her tank for eating her coral. Brought him home 4 years ago and put in the 220 reef tank, fed him well, provided plenty of nori strips, and never has he ever touched my coral. He's a beauty and one of my first fist.

I've had my Foxface Rabbitfish for 2 1/2 years in my reef tank!! He's my Baby out of all my Fish!!! He's the only one I ever bought at Petco!!! He was little and would follow me back and forth and fling his spines open close at me!! I ended up buying him I bottle feed him frozen food through a turkey Baster like a baby!! Comes to the glass and brushes himself up the glass when I'm talking to him!!! I know ...Crazy Fish Lady lol!!! He gets along with everyone and has never eaten any Coral!!!! I have lots of Fish and Corals and all is well!!!
