Foxface with brown spots, white in the middle

Wasn't there yesterday, I do have a RBTA and I think he might have gotten stung? Any suggestions of what it might be would be great! Nothing on my other fish. Tank is exactly 1 year old since it cycled. Nothing new put in tank in over 4 months. Water change today with parameters within normal ranges. Nitrate .5, Phos 0, DKh 9, Salinity 1.025, Temp 78F.

Yep thats a sting. Keep an eye on him to be sure it doesnt turn into a bacterial infection. You may even want to qt him just to be in the cleanest water possible
