FoxFace with Cysts

Hey guys,
this morning I saw that my fox face has two decent sized bumps that look like they are under its skin and pushing out wards. there is no scratching or loss of hunger, he seems to be acting very normal. If you guys could help me identify what this is and what you think would be a good way to treat this.

No I don't, the tank is mainly acro dominated with zoa's and mushrooms

Nope there is the fox face, kole tang, two clowns and a diamond goby with snails and hermit crabs

Huh! The spots look like either coral stings or stings from another fish's spines. Could be from sleeping up against a sharp rock or bumped into a sharp rock. Should be ok. Feed great quality foods with vitamins (I prefer Beta Glucan) to support the fish's immune system while it heals. If white filmy area develops or redness or necrosis, be ready to treat with antibiotics.

Thanks for the help, yeah I just didn't know what could have caused that. I also only have two things of Seachem that I got from a friend they are metroplex and focus. Would you recommend either of them

Metro is a wide spectrum antibiotic that works really well for treating internal parasites. Can dose into the water or you mix it with food and bind them together using Focus and a bit of water.
