Foxface with shiny spots

I have noticed my Foxface has this shiny area on the sides of his body and e has a bit of a cloudy eye on the one side.

I have had the fish for a year and does not seem to be being bullied. He only really “almost” fully colours up when we are not in the room and still not full yellow.

He has always been a really skid dish fish and always hid.

Could be scrapes from the rocks if it's hiding in them. The eyes kinda have a cloudy look to them normally depending on how the light hits them.
