Foxface with trauma to eye

I just came home to see my foxface with what appears to be an injury to his left eye. Eye is really cloudy and I can see a clear cut or abrasion to his eye. I suspect it to be from my naso gang because the foxface terrorizes him all day and they go back and forth. Otherwise possibly scraped against the rock.
Is there anything I can do to help with this like medication wise or just hope for the best?

This is likely due to scratch or injury and is treatable in a quarantine tank using Maracyn AKA Maracyn 1 which is ethromyacin for at least 5 days

My tangs get eye issues from time to time. Usually a cloudy eye, but my blue tang just last week had an infection which caused one of its eyes to swell considerably. 72 hours later it had cleared almost completely and looks totally normal now. Visible eye issues, in my experience, usually correct themselves on their own.

Many eye issues Do Not correct themselves and if left untreated can lead to loss of permanent sight or permanent cataract damage. With ammonia burn- yes will likely clear with good water quality.

Treat or not to treat is a tough call. But addition to; maintain optimum water, poor water quality is what leads to bacterial infection most times. Add some Saki-Hakari Marine Carnivore pellets to his diet, if he doesn't eat pellets stuff them in his chunks of food. This pellet has very high amount of vitamin c, and vitamin c is very supportive to the immune system of fish. Overall general health and water quality will play a major role if you decide not to treat.
