Foxface with white spots

Hey R2R!!! I purchased a one spot foxface who arrived in the mail last Friday and has been in my QT. I did a 25% water change yesterday using water from my DT last night. He was incredibly stressed, freaking down darting all over the tank, running into the glass. This morning, I added the first treatment of Prazipro.

Just got home tonight and seeing white spots on his face, body, and tail. Some of them look like circles but some of them aren't symmetrical. Is this ich or flukes, or something else?

First step would be a freshwater dip to confirm or eliminate flukes as the problem.

Well... a day after and some of the white spots have disappeared. I looked more into flukes and I now wonder Prazipro started killing flukes. However, the foxface still has a couple remaining white specks on the tail. I am now wondering if he had both flukes and ich.

Two questions:
1) Big G recommended that I freshwater dip to confirm flukes. Is freshwater dip needed if I'm already treating with Prazipro?
2) First treatment of Prazipro was yesterday. Based on what I've read, a second dose is recommended 5-7 days after the first round. With the fish likely also having ich, should I first give the second treatment of Prazipro on Thursday? Or should I treat for ich first (Copper Power) and then go with another 2 treatments of Prazipro?
