Foxface

So I work at this lfs that’s closing in a few weeks and we just got in a foxface. I was off for a week after it arrives and when I came back it had these brown spots on both sides. I freshwater dipped it for 4 min and no change in the spots except it just made him more stressed. I want to bring him back home but idk if this is contagious. I think is a bacterial infection so idk if he would be able to fight it off in my reef or not!

Those could be "black ich" (turbellarian worms, can be treated with Prazi-Pro), or possibly stings from an anemone or coral.
