my fox fish is stressed for the past three days. The only difference has been there was a power outage about 3 times I thought it scared it and that’s why it was stressed. Every other fish is fine but the fox fish. Numbers look good but yesterday inspecting it it seemed like there was blood coming out the fins, I did a quick water change, provided a cave for it to hide and feel better. Fox fish is still swimming into the glass, or other fish, swimming up and down the glass as well and hasn’t been eating.

Bloody streaks normally suggest sepsis - for whatever reason - i.e bacteria spreading through the body. I would stop water changing (unless there is an abnormal parameter) - I would isolate the fish - and treat with a broad spectrum antibiotic (kanamycin/neomycin/maracyn 2) - in a hospital tank.

Without knowing more information - how long you've had the fish, condition of other fish now, etc etc - hard to answer more

The streaks you see is hemorrhaging from possible septicemia and Seachem kanaplex is best bet as it is easily absorbed by fish. When there is a rise in ammonia (and may be due to power outages), ammonia spikes can occur and cause this.

Curious - why do you find it necessary to repeat the same answer I've already given: "Bloody streaks normally suggest sepsis - for whatever reason - i.e bacteria spreading through the body. I feel you're giving wrong information

Without a pic - you see bacteria running through its body?
Also , I have the right to make additions just as Jay does.

Welcome to Reef2Reef!

I doubt the issue is from the power outage unless the power was off for more than an hour.

Pictures and a clear video is going to be really helpful for us.

Here is a post that describes the process for posting fish health issues:
