Frag desk for frag plugs?

So some of the frag plugs I have I need it to attach to a rock, but rock does not have holes that fit big frag plugs. Is there any kind of premant frag desk or frag rock for big thick frag plugs?? Also bottom might not be flat.

You can drill the rock and make bigger holes.
or
You can cut the bottom off the plug and glue it to the rock.
