Frag plugs?

Hey everyone!
I have a few plugs with dead corals on them. Any ideas a good ways to clean the plus?

I'm going to scraped all the coral off them but was wondering if I should soak them after in something to make sure there ok to go back in the tank.

Nah I just cut off the dead coral, and save the plug for future use. No need to do anything at all.

Just use a piece of LR instead of a plug, plugs are so ugly

Not too worried about looks, and trying to save some money by using what I have. Thanks for the suggestion though
