Frag Station Advice

Hi all,
I have been thinking about buying a small drag station to possibly do a little zoa garden on. I am close to pulling the trigger on this one from Amazon. I just wanted to know if anyone has any experience with this type or if anyone has any suggestions for a better alternative.

I would love to add more rocks to my existing aquarium but I’m scared of the spike in nutrients. I don’t want to hurt the livestock in the tank. Currently stands at 3 fish.
