Frag Swap Input

Ok so I'm looking for ideas for next years frag swap. What did u like about last years? What would u like to see different? Just trying to make our swap the best it can be.

Years ago when Memphis had their swaps they ran from about 10am till about 4pm. This allowed people who were committed to something like lunch, soccer games with the kids, movies, etc. to come in the morning and still be able to fulfill their other commitments. You would see different people in the morning than in the afternoon. I thought it was a good idea.
