Couple quick questions:

Do we need any pre-opening help?
How would the volunteers notify the parking and front door people that we are exempt? (Will they have the master list?)
Where are the cool kids going to hang out? (You know, in case I need to let them know something. Not like I'd invade their space or anything.)

I think our MTRC ID tag gets us in the door if we are working a table or door. I think at this point we are *supposed* to get free parking, but I'm bringing some cash just in case. I understand it's fairground staff doing parking and not us.
