Frag Swap Volunteers

Here is a list of areas and times that will require volunteers:
The kitchen, Front Door, and Raffle table will need 2 volunteers per shift.
Front Door:
11:00-12:30 (Ole Man) (Jabberkaycee)
12:30-2:00 (Mr. and Mrs. Gladfelter)
2:00-3:30 (seased)

Raffle Table
11:00-12:30 (DrSly)(Torq21)
12:30-2:00 (K2Parkstar)
2:00-3:30

Kitchen:
11:00-12:30 (Mrs. Rob.D)(CoryC mom)
12:30-2:00 (GWHOOK)
2:00-3:30 (set up and clean up volunteers will be needed)

Club Frag Tank:
11:00-12:30 (Rob.D)
12:30-2:00 (CoryC)
2:00-3:30

Please post when and where you would be able to help.

I recently started a new job after quitting my old one of 13 years. Now that my schedule has changed, I won't be off on Friday but will still be off Saturday. I get off at 3:30 on Friday afternoon and can be there by 4:30 or so, if I'm needed to help set up. I'm setting up a tank myself, but hopefully I'll get my stuff sold quickly. I'll guess I'll just kinda be a floater?

Congrats on the new job, so far for Friday we have myself, Eddie, Buddy, and Gary. I'd suggest you at least set up your tank on Friday and if you have time to help great. Something Mel did last year was, she set out pics of her frags with prices on them. When she wanted to walk around allI had to do is find the corresponding pic to frag and made a few sales for her while she walked around. I'm not saying your have to do that, I am definitely going to do the pics , I do not want to get stuck behind a tank all day (I made that mistake last year).

On Friday I am off at 3 so I can be there by 4 to help. I won't have a tank of my own so whatever help you need Friday after 4 just put me down

Rob.....Put me on the door,11:00/12:30,I'm selling also with Rodney,believe will have two frag tanks.I will be there with you to set up Friday also,and will float as needed,plan on selling out early.If I got it planed right,while I'm on the door my pard. will sell us out! lol :wink: Know what I mean Vern!

Sorry I cannot be there to help out, you guys. I absolutely would if I could.

Also, Rob...PM or call Dave Sease. He always goes and I think he always helps out with setup too. He's probably not checking the threads much though. Oh and Scott too!

I can do the middle shift in the kitchen. I will be there the day before to do what ever I can and all day the day of. I would just like a few minutes at the start and end of the swap. to look around. I will stay as long as needed to help clean up. Like I said I am in it for the day of and before all day.

It still doesn't mean they will check the forums and sign up online. But both of them would likely help if you called or PMed them.
