OK folks, this is getting a little ridiculous. Both Bill and Brandon are not going to be able to make it, and with there generous offers of volunteering spots needing to be filled now, we have over 30 spots to fill. The BOD is wanting this to go off without a hitch, and we want the people and vendors alike to want to return to next years swap. And this can't be done without some help. Rick and Jay are both already swamped with stuff, and myself, Mitch and Kevan are going to be doing everything we can to make things run smoothly. But we can't do it without some help. So PLEASE volunteer some of your time to this awesome event so we can continue to repeat it year after year.

i have lots of volunteers for setup which is awesome. however, we need a lot of help during the day on saturday. most of the setup was already done at the last meeting. i understand that many of you dont want to miss out on purchasing corals among other things, but like i said before, you cant buy corals for 5 hours. Just asking for 45 minutes

PS: my wife volunteered to sit at the front door for a bit, but it would be nice if someone could help her when the doors first open as a majority of the people show up when the doors open. last year there was a line...

Maybe we need to do like our teachers did in Highschool and just go down the list and pick people. So if your at the swap and get a tap on the shoulder be prepared to help out or your corals get confiscated

Raffle tickets wont need to be sold after 4. that is when the raffle drawing will start. I will sell tickets between 3 and 4. I will also be there for Cleanup so you can put me down for that too.

Also keep in mind that we will need to give door prizes out during the swap and not save it all till the last hour.
