I saw this on the frag swap info page.

2/14 Johnson Creek, Wi-Wisconsin Coral Market


Anyone know anything about it? Anyone going? It is valentines day... maybe I'll buy my wife a frag instead of flowers or chocolates.

Reminds me of a show....

Not me my stand is still on the drawing...it is going to be delayed for a bit.

Get her something nice like a flower nem....LOL
 
Nice! I've been tempted to buy several corals lately but have to remind myself to finish my new tank. Not easy when r2r is full of coral adverts lol

Didn’t look for all but only 2 have a web site, punisher corals and eye candy. Others appear to be on Facebook which I don’t do. Punisher corals look to be pretty pricey for my taste. I vowed that I was not going to go broke in this hobby buying “designer” anything. Will be happy with looks healthy, adds color, and isn’t anti- social in the tank.
 
There is another in Menasha in late February. I think I remember reading that it is somehow a fund raiser.

2021 Frag swaps and shows

Could someone please explain to me why businesses in the Madison area think it's ok to only have a Facebook page as their main way of communicating to clients? I mean I get it, you can't afford a web store front, I'm fine with that... but at least use a webpage and update like once a year.


I would like to avoid any merchants around the madison area that only use facebook, but I'm afraid that would leave me with very few places to shop lol.

I agree 100%. It’s prevelant all over, even in the give a ways on R2R. I have other reasons for not doing FB. Did join when I started here just to see someone’s posted picks and got bombarded by people wanting to be friends and show me their lunch only because they were friends of a friend of a friend of....of someone I knew. PS. You know how trendy Mad Town can be. :cool:

Anyone take any photos? I had some stuff come up and couldn’t make it.
 
i was gonna take pics, but it was my first show and was surpised on how much yu have to wait for people to stop kicking tires before you get your turn to look. and then i felt pressured to hurry up. picked up a rainbow anemone, purpletipped hammer, some sexy shrimp and some zoas. so much nicer than buying online.
