I added a Finnex Temp controller and see my 26g Zoa frag tank is at 74'f.
I am surprised that the corals are going so well.

What is your thoughts on this low temperature?

I have a Cobalt 150W heater in here, but maybe it's too small?
I have a few Eheim Jager Heaters 150w laying around, would you switch?

Thoughts?

Run two heaters in tandem. If one goes out the other can shoulder some of the load until you get it replaced.

Shouldn't a Cobalt 150W heater be more than enough to heat 26 gallons?
Maybe it's going out?

Thoughts?

Have you double checked that the temp is actually that low with another instrument? Whether or not it's enough really depends on the ambient temperature the tank is in. I'd say if the heater is turned up and it's really at 74 you need a larger heater or to add another of the heaters you have.
