Frag tank/coral-invert QT stability

It is said that certain corals like Acro, nems, etc. require a stable tank to survive for say 76 day fallow period. If I set up an isolated QT tank, it would basically need to be set up and remain running for the required time to be stable enough for sensitive species?

A stable tank is a must. You can keep a stable tank in a short period of time. It requires more work. It is much easier if you keep just one type of coral or what ever in it. Fish in one. Inverts in another. LPS in one. SPS in another. The more difficult the coral the harder to keep alive in any type of tank.
