Frag tank distance from light to rack

Hi all

I'm setting up a 4 foot frag tank and plan on using a 4 bulb t5 light. I hope to grow sps lps and softies so will build a 3 level frag rack with the upper level for sps.

Whats a good water depth to go for at the top of the rack and what height should I aim to hang the light?
