So I have set up a Coral/Invert QT. I don't have any inverts in it but I do have a few SPS and Zoa frags.
Any thoughts on how to feed what is essentially a frag tank right now?

As you know Brew I'm pretty much in the same situation as you currently with my fallow display tank, and I agree, a little coral food like reef chili or coral frenzy once, maybe twice a week. Since it's been a couple months since I've had fish to feed, I noticed my corals weren't quite as happy looking, so for the past 3 weeks I've been using a little Coral Frenzy 2 times per week and everything has responded well.

I would recommend mixing up a concentrate in a cup and using a turkey baster or something similar to target feed vs broadcast feeding..that just pollutes the tank in my experience.

I wouldnt feed it unless you need to honestly. Assuming you have a good light source and everything else is good, mimic the parameters that you have in your DT. I've never seen any real change with using powdered coral foods - particularily with zoas. If you have acans or hammers or something I can see using some chopped mysis or brine, but SPS and zoas are pretty independant. That said, I use Zeo additives for my tank, and I really like their SpongePower additive for filter feeders and SPS. Otherwise, I dont feed my tank at all - and its been fallow for about 6 weeks.

You are wasting your time with the zoas but if you want to feed your sps i would try some reef chili/reef roids a couple times per week, whole mysis is way too big for sps. If its truly just a qt they won't be in there long enough to really see any difference either way and is definitely not necessary as long as you dont have ultra low nutrients.

Spot feed with reef-roids or anything powder food related!
