So i am currently setting up my first frag tank, and i am a DIY kind of guy. Im planning to build the led lighting form my frag tank. The tank would be 90cm x 42cm x 25cm. The tank is intended to contain mostly acros and montis. I can't decide how much watt should i use, and should i use only blue, or blue+white? If you guys had successfully build the lights, it would be great for mw if you guys share your builds and results. Thanks before

If you are planning on pulling frags from your DT or placing frags from the frag tank to your DT, match the color and intensity of lighting on the DT.

i am in the process of building a diy light right now and it is very simple. To build a light that obtains the best growth a 3 to 1 blue white ratio would probably be the best a couple Uvs would help too. If you are going to photograph corals under this run a 1 mint and or lime for every 4 royal blue leds and 1 neutral white and Uv for every 2 royal blue leds. (These combos are just what I have noticed to work and have very little scientific backing so don’t take my work for it)

The frag tank is intended for new frags that i am about to buy. Thanks for the help!
