So I am in the process of building a frag tank total water volume is around 50 gallons. I have drilled the tank and my sump will be a 32g brute container. Everything is all plumbed and I will be adding water to it this weekend to start the cycle I will be using media from my DT to start it out what kind of equipment and media should I run on this tank? And I also thought about adding some live rock to the tank. It will be bare bottom as you can see. My lighting is the new AI prime 16 reef light.

Live rock in the sump is a good idea as long as there is lots of flow.
I'd run a skimmer as well. Beyond that, maybe a solitary 6 line wrasse for pests and maybe a very small yellow Tang for algae.
The Tang will eventually outgrow they system, so be prepared
