I have a 210 gallon display tank with a 100 gallon sump and 40 gallon refg. Looking to add 50 gallon frag tank and looking for pros and cons regarding a separate sump for the frag tank ior using my display take sump. Thanks for your help.

Larger water volume helpsnwith keeping parameters stable, but joint system means anything introduced to either tank will spread to the other. Of course cheaper to add the frag to the existing sump assumi g equipment can handle it.

Would you consider a built in filter/sump? Diggin mine for over a year now.
