Thinking of purchasing a wave line dc10000 or 12000. Would that be strong enough to feed a refugium AND a 20 gallon long frag tank?

Originally was going to plumb a standalone refugium but decided it's probably better to keep my refugium in my sump (fed by the return pump) and make another T which feeds a frag tank.

For the frag tank, unsure if I will be drilling for an overflow or using a CPR hang on, which begs the question about how much flow would I need? 800g overflow gives me 40x tank turnover along with any powerheads I put in, so I would need a pump that can feed 800gph to the frag tank...or I can get a small overflow, say 400gph and use say 2 rw-4's to make up the difference.

Or am I not understanding something?

Unsure of the waveline pumps but I have the jebao 12000 on my 220 and it's more than enough flow so I would imagine the waveline 12000 would be good for ur application

I think I may drill it. Would a 300gph overflow be enough? And let the powerheads take care of the rest?
