Frag tank

i have a twenty gallon frag tank I’m trying to get running good enough to trust with stuff other than gsp. I currently have a powerhead, a black box led, a homemade bucket ato, a heater, and a homemade skimmer that kind of works until I can get a real one. What else do I need?

I run a hob filter with chemipure blue. NO and PO spike too high when I spot feed.
