Frag tanks 24 inch by 24 inch

I want to set up a frag tank and sell corals On a website I'm making. Any special needs for them or is it just a completely empty tank with egg crate and water

Depending on what frags .

a mature system , lighting , dosing system .

Example. 2 kessil A80s or 1 radion gen 3 or 4 pro. 2 year old tank media from store and 2 year old frag tank water, no dosing as it will be no SPS And water changes will be done
