How soon can I start fragging? I was waiting for it to calcify around the new heads base but all of the frags I see for sale are the size of the small heads on the bottom of my 2 main heads. Should I frag already?

You could cut that piece right down the middle relatively easily assuming you have a bandsaw (duncan skeleton is very strong), but WHY would you want to? It's still a tiny piece, they aren't a super in demand coral. Let it grow into a colony and enjoy it and when you need the space make some frags.

Only cause me and my buddy swap coral regularly and I’m wondering if I can get 1 of the smaller heads of the underside and give it to him

I would just cut down the middle if your really wanting to trade with your buddy. But like others have said, let it grow!

Noooooooooooooooo..

your piece us too small and the two heads need each other.

Patience.

Give it a year where you have 10 heads and do a 5 head / 5 head split
