Fragging hammer with wire cutters?

Can I frag hammer with wire cutters? I’ve seen everyone use like table saws in electric saws but I done have those so will wire cutters work?

I would do bone cutter before wire cutters. You will still end up with fragments if not done cleanly.

Even a $30 Dremel from harbor freight is better. Even bone cutters Often crush the skeleton of euphyllia.
