Anyone have some resources or videos on best practices when fragging zoanthids inside the tank? Due to my aquascape, I can't pull them out, but I am worried about toxins in the water column if they release it in the process.

So I don’t think I have any visuals but for best practice afterward do a small water change and run some carbon to get rid of the toxins... try and chip the rock and not cute the zoas too much, it’ll minimize the damage and release of toxins..

As long as you aren't fragging too many at once, you're probably fine, especially if they are zoanthids. Palythoas, especially the ugly brown ones, tend to have the higher concentration of palytoxin.

You should be able to scrape them off of the rock with a razor blade, or even better chip the rock itself off with bone cutters. If you're worried about palytoxin in the water column you can always do a water change and run some fresh carbon after fragging. If your tank is a large enough water volume it's probably not an issue though.

Edit: @Oscar47f beat me to it!

Like above mentions, try and chip the rock out from under them. Bone cutters or chisel would be the way I would do it. For this reason I started placing them in spots that I can disassemble in my tank readily.
